Admission Requirements

天天色综合,天天干影视Colorado State University-Pueblo’s admission process is designed to promote diversity within the student population and to assure equal access to qualified applicants. The final admission decision is based on the applicant’s potential for attaining a degree at the University.

    First Time Applicants

    天天色综合,天天干影视First-time applicants are degree-seeking students who, at the time of application, have not yet successfully completed at least 24 credit hours of college-level course work after high school graduation. For these students, CSU-Pueblo will use several indicators to determine a student’s admissibility, including test scores, high school GPA, and rigor.

    Admission Standards

    CSU-Pueblo is a moderately selective institution, and we are committed to providing access to a 4-year college degree to any student is who academically prepared. We look at several factors to determine your preparation, including assessment scores, high school GPA, and academic rigor.

    Included below is a bit more information about each of these indicators, along with the middle 50% GPA and test score ranges for students admitted for Fall 2018. Please remember that middle 50% means exactly that—the middle—many students who have test scores or GPAs outside of those ranges will still be admitted. These ranges are meant to help you see what we’re looking for, but are not strict requirements that must be met.

    GPA

    In general, students must have at least a 2.0 to be considered for admission. While there are some exceptions, they are reserved for students with extenuating circumstances.

    Assessment Scores

    天天色综合,天天干影视ACT Middle 50%: 18-23

    SAT Middle 50%: 950-1120

    We strongly recommend that students have at least a 14 on all subsections of the ACT or at least a 380 on all subsections of the SAT, though students with lower scores may still qualify for admission. 

    Rigor

    While we will consider other indicators of rigor, we recommend that students complete the following requirements:

    • Four years of English
    • Four years of mathematics, including two years of algebra and one of geometry
    • Three years of natural/physical sciences, with two units lab-based
    • Three years of social sciences, including one year of U.S. History
    • One year of a foreign language
    • Two years of appropriate academic electives

    Transfer Applicants

    Transfer applicants are degree-seeking students who, at the time of application, have completed a minimum of 24 credits of college-level coursework. Remedial courses and concurrent enrollment courses (courses taken while in high school) do not count toward the total credit count.

    天天色综合,天天干影视In general, students with at least a 2.3 cumulative transfer GPA who have successfully completed all basic skill coursework will be admitted to CSU-Pueblo. Students who have not yet completed their basic skills courses or who have a GPA below a 2.3 are still encouraged to apply, and may be admitted on a probationary status.

High School University Program (Concurrent Enrollment)

Under Colorado's Postsecondary Options Act, high school juniors and seniors may register for classes at Colorado State University-Pueblo. Students must submit an application for admission approved by their high school counselor. In some cases, the high school district may pay for the student's tuition. Senior-to-Sophomore Program

天天色综合,天天干影视We also offer a Senior-to-Sophomore (STS) program by agreement with various high school districts. High school students in this program are afforded the opportunity to study in university level courses while remaining in their high school classrooms.
